The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for spending time together as a family.
One roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish soap, and a few dishwasher pods are provided. Please bring your own coffee and cream/sugar for the drip coffee maker.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you will need. We even have plastic dishes, cups, and utensils for kids and a crock pot to make large meals for everyone.

All showers are new in 2024. The bathrooms attached to the king bedrooms have showers (no tubs) and the bathrooms attached the the bunk rooms have bathtubs.
Plenty of privacy for everyone as each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. Each bathroom comes stocked with towels, toiletries, and two rolls of toilet paper.
A stackable washer and dryer are located in the cabin.
There are several rocking chairs to relax in on the decks.
Although we are located within a resort, our cabin has end-of-the-road privacy.
Unwind in our hot tub and soak up the serene views of the surrounding woods.
Cabin floor plan - There is plenty of room to spread out on three levels.
The large sofa in the game room is a sleeper sofa.
Flat, level parking and only three steps to enter the cabin. Our location at the end of the cul-de-sac offers more privacy than most cabins in Gatlinburg Falls.
The charcoal park-style grill is located right outside the main entrance. Bring your own charcoal.
The fitness center is located a short drive from the cabin.
Every visit to Gatlinburg MUST include a visit to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin is less than 4 miles from the entrance to the park.
This community pool is located near the entrance to the resort and is open seasonally. Your kids will love the waterfall and the adults will enjoy the hot tub and lounge chairs.

Entertain everyone at Hawk's Landing! Just 3 miles from downtown and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, our 2,200SF cabin sleeps 12 (10 in beds, 12 with the sleeper sofa). Perfect for families, it boasts a large game room with a pool table, arcade, foosball, TV, and board games. Each floor has a deck offering private, wooded views. Enjoy the new hot tub and updated bathrooms and primary bedroom. No steep roads and plenty of level parking. Fast Wi-Fi and close to all major attractions!

MAIN LEVEL
• Fully stocked kitchen with family-friendly amenities (plastic cups/plates, crock pot, dishwasher). There is a mini fridge in the upper level game room for beverages.

We take pride in our cabin and hope your family loves it too. In the past 2 years we have installed new LVP flooring, upgraded all four bathrooms with new showers/fixtures/mirrors/paint, installed a new hot tub, updated the main floor king bedroom and purchased the following furnishings: mattresses, dining table and chairs, sleeper sofa, queen bunk bed, rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, end tables, mini fridge, TVs, pub stools, and a dresser. We've also replaced several appliances (refrigerator, heating/cooling in game room, water heater, washer/dryer) to keep the "behind-the-scenes" items in good working condition. We continually make improvements to ensure a great experience for all.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
• Access to Gatlinburg Falls Resort community pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer depending on weather). The pool area also has a hot tub, waterfall, and lounge chairs.
• Access to the community gym.
• High speed Wi-Fi - strong enough for working from home and accommodating multiple devices.
• Charcoal grill – A park-style grill is located near the front door. You need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grilling tools and a lighter are provided.
• Check-in is super simple with the keypad door lock on the front door. You will receive your private code approximately 24 hours before check-in.
• Parking is available right in front of the cabin for 3-4 vehicles. The parking area is large and level - no parking on hills here!
• Getting to the cabin is easy - no steep roads and just minutes from town. Your GPS will take you right here.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
• We provide a starter set of soaps, shampoo, dish detergents, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This starter set is designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but may not last your entire trip. You may need to bring or purchase extras. You will also want to be sure to bring your own ground coffee/cream/sugar. A drip coffee pot is provided.

Welcome! Our family is so excited to host you! We LOVE to travel anywhere and everywhere. When our kids have breaks from school you can find us in Door County, Wisconsin, on a lake in northern Wisconsin, visiting family in Florida, or spending time in the Great Smoky Mountains. We enjoy going for bike rides, hanging out on our front porch in the summer, eating ice cream and spending lots of time with family and friends.
